Normal rules allow children 2 and under to be admitted for free, but Sesame Street Live and other kids events require tickets for children 1 and older.
Pick up will call tickets 1.5 hours before the show begins. You'll need a picture ID, your order number, and the card you used to buy the tickets.
Large bags and backpacks are prohibited. All bags are subject to search no matter size.

There are concessions at the venue.
Parking attendants will direct guests to accessible parking.
There's wheelchair accessible seating in Sections 106, 108, 110, 121, and 123.
Amplification systems are provided free of charge. Sign interpretation can sometimes be made available, but requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Call 704.372.3600 to make a request.
The first aid station is on the lower level. There are licensed first aid technicians/EMTs on staff for all public events.
Doors typically open 1 hour before the event begins.
There are a few things you'll need to leave at home:
- Video cameras and audio recorders
- Food, beverages, or containers
- Weapons
Remember, there's no smoking in the coliseum.
There's room for 9,605 guests.
Signs and banner are no problem, but they'll need to be non-flammable, small enough for one person to hold, and not block the view of other patrons.
Find the box office on the south side of the stadium, facing the parking lot. It's open Wednesday - Friday, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. On event days, it's open from 10:00 a.m. Eastern until the event, except for Sundays, when it's open from 1:00 p.m. Eastern until the event. To reach the box office, call 704.759.6492.
