The BOK Center asks that guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.
Guests will be able to access ATM machines by Sections 118 and 108.
Oklahoma and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Guests wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages are required to show proper identification at the BOK Center. Guests will be limited to one drink per person per purchase, and management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately 45 minutes before the end of the event. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
For most events, guests at the BOK Center will be allowed to bring small non-professional point and shoot cameras. This policy is event-dependent.
Cellular phones are permitted but the use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the event.
Guests will be able to access multiple concessions at the BOK Center, in both the Main and Upper concourses.
Accessible Tickets/Seating
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels and one companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket.
Accessible Drop-off
Guests with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby¿s Box Office. Occasionally, disabled guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer.
Listening Devices
Guests needing listening devices may access these for free at the guest services desks located at each of the main entrances. Guests will be required to bring a valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.
Sign Interpreters
The BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities as long as requests for this service are made at least three weeks prior to the event by contacting the BOK Center Office at 918.894.4200. Seating reserved for patrons and one companion using this service is in Section 102 and Section 107.
Wheelchair Assistance
The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats on a first come, first serve basis due to the limited number of wheelchairs available. Please contact a guest relations representative for assistance.
Guests to BOK Center will be able to purchase merchandise during events.
The BOK Center employs professionally trained emergency personnel. Guests can reach emergency services at the St. John's first aid Station on the main concourse across from Section 114.
Guests can access the venue up to 1.5 hours prior to the start time of the event. However, this can vary by event. For specific information, please call the BOK Center at 918.894.4200 or check the event specific page on the website.
BOK Center guests can access Guest Services desks by Section 104 on the Main Concourse and by the ONEOK Premium Level Elevators on the Premium Level.
Guests needing to access lost and found services can do so during an event at any guest services location or following an event by calling 918.894.4273 during normal business hours.
For safety reasons, there are a few prohibited items that include but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances
- Paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
- Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
- Fireworks
- Flags/signs with poles
- Laser pens/pointers of any type
- Noisemakers such as air horns
- Outside food or drinks
- Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
- Pepper spra or mace
- Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
Guests may not re-enter the venue.
The BOK Center offers 30 bathroom facilities with diaper-changing stations and accessible by guests with disabilities.
BOK Center staffs private security and off-duty Tulsa police officers and will base event security on the Homeland Security National Threat Advisory Level.
Banners and signs are allowed as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Banners can't be affixed with any type of material and poles and sticks are prohibited.
Signs may also be prohibited if requested by the event.
Guests may not smoke at the BOK Center in accordance with Tulsa City ordinances. A designated outdoor smoking area is located across from Section 119.
