All patrons must follow the law and Arena policies, or they may be asked to leave. If another guest is being disruptive or causing a problem, please contact an usher or staff member.
There are ATMs near the Visitor's Center, in the foodcourt, and on the 300 Level.
Anything you bring into Bridgestone Arena may be searched by security. Large bags and backpacks aren't allowed.
No professional-lens cameras, flash attachments, or recording devices (audio or video) are allowed. Use of digital cameras is permitted depending upon the event.
Several entrances are accessible: the 5th Avenue Broadway Entrance, the Demonbreun Entrance, and all entrances in the 6th Avenue Garage, which offers handicapped parking. ADA accessible restrooms, including family restrooms, are located throughout Bridgestone Arena. Accessible seating is available throughout the Arena on a first-come, first-served basis. Service animals are the only animals allowed in the venue. If you'd like to use an assisted listening device or borrow a wheelchair, please visit guest services and bring your ID for collateral. With two weeks' notice, you can request a sign interpreter for shows by calling 615.770.2000. A Telecommunications Display Device is located in the Event Receptionist Area.
Trained medical personnel are on hand for every event, and there are first aid centers on the main and upper concourses.
Doors open at least an hour before each event.
To help you with event info and any other needs, guest services is located in the food court near the Broadway entrance.
Lost items should be taken to guest services, where they will be kept for 30 days.
Bridgestone Arena does not allow the following items. If they're found in your possession, you may be ejected and the items will be confiscated.
- Bottles, cans and coolers
- Outside food and drink
- Frisbees and beach balls
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers like airhorns or whistles
- Fireworks
- Alcohol and illegal drugs
No banners or flages may be hung in the Arena. You can bring a sign up to 2'x3' as long as it's not offensive, doesn't obstruct other patron's views, and is not attached to a stick. Some events may not allow signs at all.
All public areas of Bridgestone Arena are smoke-free by law. Depending on the event, there may be designated smoking areas in the 300 level parking lot and outside the South Doors.
The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and will stay open later if there is an event. On weekends, on event days, the box office opens Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and Sundays at 12:00 p.m.
