Video cameras aren't allowed, and neither are professional still cameras or cameras with lenses that are more than 5" long.
The main concourse is home to 11 permanent concession stands and multiple concession kiosks.
Guests can purchase official merchandise inside and outside the stadium.
The first aid facilities are in the stadium's northeast corner, on the main concourse next to Gate 10, and on the main concourse across from Gate 18.
Gates open 1.5 hours before kickoff (2 hours for suite patrons).
Guest services centers are located in and around the stadium.
To retrieve lost items, go to the guest services kiosk on the main concourse at Gate 18. If you don't make it to the kiosk during the game, please call 407.823.0673.

- Strollers (there is a stroller check at Gate 18)

- Professional still cameras or cameras with lenses longer than 5"

Sorry, re-entry isn't allowed at Bright House Networks Stadium, unless there's an emergency. In the event of an emergency, make sure you stop by the guest services kiosk at Gate 18 before you leave.
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium, and family/special needs restrooms are on the main concourse, behind sections 106, 114, 125, and 133.
The stadium's security office is on the main concourse, next to Gate 10.
It's okay to bring signs so long as they're 22"x28" or smaller. Banners, flags, and signs on poles, sticks, or braces aren't allowed.
It's okay to tailgate before and after games.
Will call for the general public is at Gate 1.
