The infamous Broadway Theatre is one of the defining venues on the Great White Way. Built in 1924 and originally called B.S. Moss#25; Colony, it#25;s one of five theaters that actually front the street of Broadway. Though it started as an elite movie house (the first to show Steamboat Willie, in fact), it became a stage theater in the #24;30s.
