There are ATMs on the north and south ends of the stadium, near the concessions.
As a supporter of the San Jose Earthquakes, you'll have access to the following benefits:
- There are special areas for team supporters and their families. The Supporters' Section is standing-room only. For kids, the Family Zone is more appropriate.
- You'll have access to a special entrance through Gate B, which makes it easy to get to the Supporters' Section.
- You'll be able to buy season tickets at a 40% discount off of general ticket prices.
- You'll also have access to storage containers, and are allowed to use confetti, flags, banners, and drums (limit 2 per group).
- Away-game liaisons will help you get tickets to Earthquakes sections for traveling games.
Sorry, hard containers, coolers, or bags larger than 16"x16" inches aren't allowed. Bags may be visually searched by security. Security may be ramped up for certain events, which may mean more thorough searches or pat-downs.
Professional photography, cameras, and equipment like tripods aren't allowed. Personal photography is fine as long as you don't stand in aisles or block the views of others. Audio and video recording aren't allowed.
Kids under 2 don't need a ticket. Kids over 2 need a full-price ticket.
In order to make sure everyone has a safe and fun time, please follow these guidelines.
Do:
- Cheer, sing, and show your team spirit, while being respectful to both teams and their fans.
- Follow staff instructions regarding operations and emergency procedures.
- If a soccer ball enters the stands, return it quickly and carefully to a staff member/ball kid.
- Enjoy alcohol responsibly and only if you're of the legal drinking age.
- Follow all laws in the stadium and parking lots.
Don't:
- Fight, throw things, or try to enter the field.
- Behave in any manner that is disorderly, obscene, offensive, profane, or abusive.
- Be disruptive or put anyone else in danger.
- Get in the way of anyone else's enjoyment of the game.
- Be rude to the visiting team's fans.
- Use or carry illegal drugs.
- Use alcohol irresponsibly.
- Damage, destroy, or steal anyone's property.
There are 2 stores for merchandise, one on the north end and one on the south end of the stadium.
There are first aid stations on the north and south ends of the field. In case of an emergency, contact guest services for help. Sorry, there aren't any Automatic External Defibrillators on the premises.
You may bring in one clear, plastic, sealed bottle of water. No other outside food or drink are allowed. Buck Shaw Stadium may make special exceptions with prior approval for small children or people with food allergies. For more information, please contact the fan relations department at 408.556.7700.
All gates open 2 hours before a game.
Guest services is inside Gate A on the north end of the stadium.
Lost items are taken to guest services until the end of a game. After the game, they're taken to the San Jose Earthquake offices:

- Illegal substances, drugs, and chemicals
- Backpacks and large bags
- Poles and staffs (except in Supporters' Section)

- Streamers
- Frisbees or inflated balls
- Laser pointers
- Food and beverages (except for 1 water bottle per person)
- Bicycles
- Animals (except service dogs)
- Smoking
- Aerosol cans and metal, plastic, or glass food containers
- Anything management finds offensive, obscene, or dangerous
- Anything blocking the view of other fans or causing a safety hazard
Re-entry isn't allowed, except in the case of an emergency. (Contact a gate supervisor for help.)
Seating capacity is 10,525.
Sorry, smoking isn't allowed at Santa Clara University and Buck Shaw Stadium. Violators will be asked to leave.
Lot 4 is designated for tailgating.
Will call opens at least 2 hours before a game, and is located outside Gate A. You'll have to present a photo ID in order to pick up your tickets.
