Sorry, no alcoholic beverages are permitted into the Bud Walton Arena.
You're more than welcome to use point-and-shoot cameras inside the arena, but you're not allowed to bring the following:
- Professional cameras and equipment
- Camera bags
- Cameras with long telephoto lenses that are longer than 6 inches
- Any type of video camera
Razorback fans loudly support the Razorbacks, are respectful, and show good sportsmanship toward visiting teams and their fans. As a guideline of further sportsmanship, the NCAA, SEC, and UA have assigned a very high priority to ensuring that sports events are safe and enjoyable for everyone, with absolutely everyone practicing good sportsmanship. In order for everyone to have a pleasant experience at the event, it is important to cooperate by treatingother spectators with the utmost respect and courtesy.
There are lots of concessions throughout the arena if you get hungry or thirsty.
If you want to buy any fan merchandise, you can get it at the Hog Heaven Store, which is located off of the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena on the ground floor. You can also find merchandise stands and official game programs throughout the arena on the concourse level.
In the unfortunate event that someone needs first aid, there's a first aid station on the west concourse across from Section 108 in room C-164. There are 6 AED's (automated external defibrillators) located throughout the arena in the following areas:
- First aid station - section 108, room C-164
- Concourse level north - across from section 117
- Concourse level south - across from section 135
- Concourse level east - across from and between sections 125/126
- Concourse level west - across from and between sections 107/108
- On the arena floor level in the center court vomitory
Sorry, outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the arena.
Doors open 2 hours before game time for men's basketball games.
Doors open 1.5 hours before game time to women's basketball games.
If you lose anything, you can check the Guest Service information tables on the concourse during game time. If you notice that something is lost after the game, you can contact the Bud Walton Arena managment office at 479.575.6904, as lost items are turned over to the management office after each game.
You may bring in items pertaining to child care and medical conditions. Otherwise, you're limited as to what you can bring into the stadium. Anything carried into the stadium (for example, small purses) is subject to search. If you're bringing something in that is prohibited, you'll be asked to either throw it away or return it to your car. If you're bringing in something that is illegal, it will be taken away and you will be subject to arrest.
Examples of some prohibited items (please note that this isn't a complete list):
- Backpacks/ any large bags/ umbrellas
- Coolers or containers/ food or drinks
- Folding chairs/ stools/ baby seats/ strollers
- Professional cameras or video recording devices
- Noise makers or any kind
- Explosives/ weapons
There is a no re-entry policy applied by the University of Arkansas and Southeastern Conference. Please plan accordingly, as this is a strict policy.
The Bud Walton Arena can comfortably seat 19,368 fans.
Signs and banners are not permitted inside the arena.
Will call is located at the south entrance. Please remember that photo identification has to be presented in order to pick up your tickets. Will call opens at least 1.5 hours before tip-off on game day.
