No smoking is allowed inside the CAJUNDOME, but there is a designated area that you can reach from the Main Concourse on the east side, or from the upper concourse east and west ramps.
You can find the box office (and will call) to the right of the doors on the south side of the building. The box office is open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday - Friday, and Saturdays when there is an event that day or in the following week. Not open on Sundays. Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office. Only the person whose name is on the tickets can pick them up, and you have to show proper ID and sign for it. When the box office closes, tickets are taken to the Administrative Offices to the right.
