UCSB’s Campbell Hall was originally built as a lecture and recital hall, and the building has spread to encompass several other aspects of the arts, as well. The edifice has a proscenium stage and seating plan, and seating capacity for the venue is 860 on one level. Refreshments are available on the plaza, and several series including a Recital Series, Hahn Hall Series, Roots Series, Jazz Series and Word of Mouth Series are all events that take place on a regular basis at Campbell Hall.
Campbell Hall is part of University of California, Santa Barbara’s Arts and Lectures program, which houses several performances, films and lectures throughout the year. The ticket office is located in Building 402 adjacent from Campbell Hall, and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and until show time on event nights.
