Carver Hawkeye Arena

To pick up will call tickets, head to the Athletics Ticket Office in the North vestibule.

Look for ATM machines on the South concourse, near section K.

Medical assistance is available at all UI games. The first aid station is located near section EE. For emergencies, make sure to notify a University Police officer or the nearest usher. Visitors with special needs can contact the Athletics Department at 319.335.9247 for additional information. 

All gates open 1.5 hours before game time.

Look for lost and found in the Public Safety headquarters and the Facility Director's Office. You can also contact them by calling 319.335.9410, or by mail. Here's the address:

There are plenty of restrooms throughout the concourse. For family restrooms, head to sections DD and EE.

The Carver-Hawkeye Arena can accomodate 15,000 visitors.

Smoking is not allowed inside or around the Arena, or anywhere on the University of Iowa campus.
