Video cameras and professional still camera equipment aren't allowed. Often personal cameras are allowed, but it's determined on an event-by-event basis.
Use your cell phone politely and don't bother other guests.
To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, avoid foul language, unruly behavior, or intoxication.
There are many concession stands at the venue.
Professional emergency staff is on hand for all events, and there's a first aid station behind the main level. If you have an emergency, contact the nearest staff member.
No outside food or beverage is allowed.

There are a few things it's best to leave at home:
- Weapons
- Laser pens and air horns
- Noisemakers
- Laptop computer or electronics
- Wrapped gifts
- Oversized bags
- Confetti and streamers
- Outside food or drink
- Alcohol, cans, bottles, or coolers
Tickets need to be scanned out and scanned back in for re-entry.
There are family restrooms throughout the facility, and most men's and women's restrooms have baby-changing stations.
There's room for 8,500 patrons.
Both security staff and off-duty Cedar Park police officers are on hand.
Banners and signs are okay, but there are a few rules to follow.
- No commercial messages or advertising
- Don't use poles or sticks to display them.
- They can't be more than 3' tall.
- Don't obstruct the view of other guests.
- Don't obstruct building signage.
Designated smoking areas include:
- Outside patio of Tito's Bar
- Outiside the State Farm and HEB Plaza
- Balconies on the northwest and southwest corners of the suite level
