All Guests who appear less than 30 must present a valid ID to purchase alcohol. No alcohol will be sold to Guests who appear intoxicated. Concession stands have a 2 beer limit and roving vendors a 1 beer limit per transaction. Sales conclude after halftime. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Punched, vertical, expired and temporary IDs are not acceptable at CenturyLink Field.
The following behavior is prohibited:
- Unruly, disruptive conduct
- Visible intoxication
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the event's progress of the game
- Throwing objects onto the field
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
- Smoking or tobacco use
Public will call is in the northwest corner and opens 2 hours before the event. Press and player will call is in the southwest corner and opens 3 hours before kickoff. A picture ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets are required. Will call locations vary for non-football events. Call 206.381.7555 for specific information.
ATMs appear in various locations on all levels.
Personal photography is permitted but audio or video recording is prohibited. Photographic support tools like tripods, lenses larger than 200 mm, etc. are also prohibited.
Cellular phones are permitted if they do not interfere with other guests.
In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance and directions to first aid stations.

- Club Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 26
- Suite Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 36
- Upper Concourse: Sections 300 & 326
Automatic External Defibrillators (AED's) are available throughout the facility.
Guest Services Booths help with questions or concerns, to check strollers, and assist in finding lost guests or items.

- Club Level: Concierge desk located at FSN Lounge in south end of Club Level
- Upper Concourse: Across from Section 318
Guest services booths manage lost and found issues. After the event contact the Seahawks Customer Relationship Department at 888.635.4295. Lost items are kept for 1 month, those unclaimed are donated to charity.
The following items are prohibited:
- Weapons (guns, knives, pepper spray, brass knuckles, loose batteries, wires, box cutters)
- Alcohol
- Cans and bottles
- Any glass, aluminum and metal containers
- Outside beverages, except factory sealed water bottles and soft-sided juice boxes
- Video recorders
- Noisemakers
- Bags larger than 12" x 12" x 12"
Re-entry is prohibited after kickoff, unless issued a medical pass by First Aid for an emergency.
Restrooms are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are available throughout the facility.
Banners and signs must meet the following criteria:
- Unobstructive to the view of guests
- Not blocking stadium signage
- Event-related
- In good taste
- Not commercial, political or offensive in nature
- Hand-held (not on sticks)
Tailgating is permitted in the North Lot, provided guests adhere to the following policies:
- Tailgating is permitted in the North Lot only and on specific dates only
- All vehicles must park as directed
- Park in 1 stall only
- Equipment cannot extend into other spaces or traffic lanes unless authorized by parking personnel
- No charcoal BBQ¿s or fires (propane only)
- No deep fat fryers
- No glass beverage containers
- Consuming alcoholic beverages in an open public area is a violation of city and state law
- Fighting and taunting is prohibited
- Throwing, catch, and sports activities are prohibited
- Please dispose of all trash in bins provided
- When provided, portable restrooms are located east of the lot
- Kegs and other large volume beverage containers are prohibited
- Tailgating activities must end 15 minutes after scheduled event start
The North Parking Lot closes 2 hours after the event concludes. Be prepared to depart at that time. Overnight parking is prohibited.
The box office is in the northwest corner. Ticket sellers are available 6 days a week. For Seahawks football event information call 206.682.2800. For other events call 206.381.8057.

The box office is closed on Sundays, except Seahawks game days.
