The Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts is one of the top performing arts centers in Southern California, and the venue has hosted a number of top-notch jazz, opera, dance, drama and musical performances since it opened its doors in 1993. Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, Clint Black, Kathleen Battle and the Royal Shakespeare Company, among others, have all performed onstage at the Cerritos Center.
A host to music, dance and theater performances as well as a meeting place for banquets and special events, the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts is a well-known performing arts center in the Orange County/Los Angeles area of Southern California. The venue is owned and operated by the City of Cerritos, and it features a flexible theatre that seats 1,800 in an arena theater and 900 in a recital hall, among other settings. The box office is open on performance days two hours before performances.
