There are two ATMs on the premises. Find them outside Section 102, main concourse level, and in the box office lobby at Gate B.
There's alcohol for sale in the arena to guests 21 or older with a valid ID. Guests can't bring alcohol into or out of the venue.
Personal cameras are generally okay, but professional cameras are usually not allowed. Some events may have different camera policies.
Children's policies differ event-to-event.
There are plenty of concession options on the premises.
The venue is totally ADA-compliant. To make special requests, contact Chaifetz Arena ahead of time at 314.977.5000.
Pick up souvenirs and memorabilia at various locations throughout the arena.
There's first aid available on the premises. The first aid room is on the north side of Chaifetz Arena, behind Section 105.
You can't bring in any food or drink.
You can usually enter the arena 1 hour before the event begins.

There are a few things it's best to leave at home:
- Outside food or drink
- Bottles, cans, containers, or coolers
- Bags and backpacks
- Illegal substances
- Incendiary devices
- Weapons
- Audio or video recorders
- Cameras with detachable lenses
- Pets
Most events do not allow re-entry.
There are restrooms throughout the building.

Banners and signs are no problem, but they can't disrupt the view of another guest, be attached to sticks or poles, or have inappropriate messages.
The box office maintains standard business hours Monday - Friday. On Saturdays, it's open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Central time.
