The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harsh language
- Unruly behavior
- Appearing intoxicated
ATMs are available in the box office lobby and Sections 106, 119, 228 and 301.
Guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol and the arena discontinues sales 45 minutes before the scheduled end of the event.
Monopods, tripods, flashes and cameras with lenses longer than 3 inches in length are prohibited, as are audio and video recording.
The arena allows cell phones but camera and video features may be restricted at the event's discretion.
For most children's shows, children one year or older require a ticket. For most concerts and touring shows, children two years and older require a ticket. For Oklahoma City Thunder games, children three years and older require a ticket. In other cases an event may require every guest, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Children always require tickets to have their own seats.

First aid facilities are on the entry level opposite Section 112 and the arena has Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) close to the elevators at Sections 106, 210 and 310.
Doors generally open 90 minutes before the event.
Guests wishing to obtain information or request assistance may notify a staff member or visit one of 4 Guest Relations desks.
During an event, guests may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Relations location or call 405.602.8515 during business hours. Guests should also escort lost children to the nearest officer or staff member to be assisted at a Guest Relations location.

Oklahoma City police officers enhance security during events.
Banners and signs must not:
- Block the view of others
- Interfere with the event
- Advertise a product or service
- Present a safety hazard
- Contain political or obscene material
- Be affixed with any permanent structures
- Have poles and sticks
Smoking is prohibited inside or within 25 feet of any entrance or exit.
The box office is near West Reno Avenue between Robinson and E.K. Gaylord and the two main entrances.
Guests may pick up tickets at the Box Office Will Call window during normal business hours.
