From Merritt Parkway: Take Exit 64. Turn left on Hartford Turnpike Road at end of exit ramp. Arrive after 1 mile. The venue is on the right.
From I-84: Take Exit 27 to I-691 East. Take Exit 10 to Route 15 South - Merritt Parkway. Take Exit 64. Turn left on Hartford Turnpike Road at end of exit ramp. Arrive in 1 mile, on the right.
From Route 10: Proceed to Cheshire. Turn right (east) on Cooke Hill Road. Turn right on Hartford Turnpike Road. The venue is just 200 yards up on the right.
There's free parking on-site, as well as a VIP option at additional cost. The lot has spaces for the disabled.
All discounts and special offers, as well as seating arrangements and seating capacity, pertain to specific events. The box office will have the latest info regarding these issues.
Most (but not all) events have assigned seating. If the event is held at the Dome at The Oakdale, it will be general admission and standing room. The Oakdale suggests getting there 1 hour ahead of time, and late seating is not guaranteed.
There's a full bar available on-site. A valid photo ID (and the legal drinking-age of 21) is required for alcohol purchases.
No large bags allowed.

The policies on children, including their ticket price and seating arrangements, vary from event to event. Contact the box office to inquire about a specific event prior to purchasing tickets. As a general rule, children 2 and up must have their own ticket and occupy their own seat.

Tickes purchased through the box office will incur a service charge.
There's a will call office for patrons to pick up their tickets with a valid ID during normal business hours and on event evenings. Patrons may not leave tickets at will call for others to pick up. Latecomers who find the will call to be closed should stop by the Administrative Offices to claim tickets.
