To contact event staff by text, guests should text the word "PHILLIES" followed by a brief description of the issue to 69050. Issues that guests might text about include security needs, medical emergencies, and spilled food.
So that everyone has a good time, the Citizens Bank Park asks that guests adhere to the following code of conduct (failing to do so may result in ejection, arrest, or loss of season tickets):
- Show tickets when asked
- Sit in a seat that matches your ticket
- Do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game
- Do not display foul or abusive language/gestures
- Do not appear intoxicated
- Do not throw objects
- Do not engage in disorderly conduct
- Do not smoke outside of designated areas
- While a play is in progress, do not enter the seating area
- Do not disrupt the game in any way (such as entering the field)
Citizens Bank ATMs can be found in the following locations:
- Main Concourse (There are 4)
- Behind Section 112
- In the middle of Ashburn Alley
- Near Section 141
- In McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon
No outside alcohol is allowed inside the Citizens Bank Park. Alcohol may be purchased with a valid photo I.D. Alcohol cannot be taken out of the ballpark.
Each guest can have 1 bag so long as it is smaller than 16"x16"x8" inches. All bags are subject to security inspection.
Photo and video cameras are allowed so long as the game itself is not recorded. Tripods and monopods are not allowed.
Cell phones and pagers are allowed so long as they do not disrupt the game for other guests.
Children 2 years old and younger do not need a ticket, but they must sit on a ticket-holder's lap.
Concessions consist of a variety of award-winning food and beverage options. All concession areas are accessible by wheelchair. Vegetarian options are readily available.
Service animals and service animals in training are allowed.
The Citizens Bank Park offers a variety of merchandise options for Phillies fans.
The Majestic Clubhouse Store, the largest official Phillies vendor in the ballpark, can be found next to the Third Base Gate and is open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time every day of the week. On its second floor, the Majestic Clubhouse Store features a section called Phanatic Attic that is full of Phanatic and children's merchandise. Situated in Ashburn Alley, The Mitchell & Ness Alley Store offer a variety of Phillies clothing options (including throwback jerseys, player t-shirts/caps, and fashion apparel) in addition to banners and pennants.
The '47 Brand Store can be found behind Section 137 on the Main Concourse and sells Phillies '47 Brand premium apparel products.
Phillies gear can also be purchased throughout the arena at various portable and permanent stands located behind the following Sections: 106, 113, 121, 126, 142, 207, 226, 317, and 321.
Located behind Section 126 on the Main Concourse, the Memorabilia Store, run by Hunt Auctions, offers a variety to both vintage and contemporary baseball memorabilia for sale.
The Phillies Authentics sells authenticated autographed and game-used memorabilia behind Section 133 on the Main Concourse.
Custom Bull's BBQ Merchandise can be found next to Bull's BBQ in Ashburn Alley.
First aid stations can be found behind Section 105 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 138 on the Terrace Level. Guests needing medical help should go to one of these locations or notify one of the Phillies personnel.
From Monday - Friday, main gates open 1.5 hours before the scheduled start-time. On weekends, main gates open 2 hours before scheduled start-time. Generally, Ashburn Alley opens 2.5 hours before start-time and can be entered at the Left Field Gate.
For assistance or information, contact guest services behind Section 122 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 318 on the Terrace Level. Guest Services open when gates open and close 15 minutes after the end of the game.
For lost and found, go to guest services behind Section 122 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 318 on the Terrace Level. Recovered items will be held for 10 days. For more information call 215.218.5440.
Event staff will bring lost children to guest services as well. If guest services is unable to identify the child's family, a photo of the child will be broadcasted on PhanaVision.
For everyone's enjoyment, the Citizens Bank Park requires guests to leave some items at home or in the car. All guests are subject to a security search. Prohibited items include:
- Glass bottles, cans, and open containers
- Any bag larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches
- Alcohol or illegal substances
- Hard-sided coolers or thermoses (including Styrofoam)
- Weapons of any kind (including firearms and knives)
- Balloons and beach balls
- Noisemakers
- Nets
- Laser pointers
- Cameras with lenses longer than 6 inches
- Tripods
- Brooms or poles
- Any item that might interfere with the game or viewing of the game
Restrooms can be found throughout the ballpark and all are accessible by wheelchair. 13 of these are family restrooms with baby changing tables. Family restrooms can be found in the Diamond Club and behind the following Sections: 106, 112, 137, 219, 224, 205, 208, 234, 319, 322, 329.
Signs and banners are allowed so long as they adhere to Citizens Bank Park's guidelines:
- must have a height of 4 feet or shorter and width of 8 feet or narrower
- must be made of a soft, light, flexible material (such as cloth or paper)
- must not block the view of any other guest or sign/banner
- must not be fixed to or covering any of the ballpark structure/signage/advertising
- must be held in the seating area and in a stationary manner
- must not interfere with game-play in anyway (such as interfering with player or umpire sight-lines)
- must have content that relates in some way to the game on the field, broadcasting/coverage of the game, Major League Baseball, or a fan's celebration (such as birthday, anniversary, or engagement).
- must not have content that is commercial, discriminatory, indecent, obscene, provocative, slanderous, or vulgar
- must not interfere with the operations of the ballpark
Any sign or banner may be removed if it does not comply to ballpark guidelines.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas at First Base Gate, Third Base Gate, and Left Field Gate. Violators of the smoking policy may face ejection and/or loss of season tickets.
Tailgating is allowed so long as it it in the parking lots south of Pattison Avenue and east of Darien Street.
Tours operate during the season at 10:30 a.m. Eastern from Monday - Saturday. On game days there is an additional tour at 12:30 p.m. During the off-season, tours run at 10:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Children under the age of 14 and senior citizens receive a discount on the ticket price. No tours are offered on major holidays or on days with afternoon games.
