Columbus Civic Center

Home to Columbus Cottonmouths and the Columbus Lions, and host to a multitude of other concerts, shows, and events. 

There are ATMs on the premises. Find one in the Lobby, the Southwest Concourse, or the Southeast Concourse. 

For some events, personal cameras are allowed, but policies are generally dictated by the artist. Call 706.653.4482 for details. Video recording is never allowed. 

For most events, kids 2 and under are allowed in for free if they are with an adult, but they'll need to sit on a lap. Call the box office at 706.653.4482 to check on policies for certain events. 

There are plenty of food and beverage options on the premises. 

There are plenty of handicapped-accessible seats at the Columbus Civic Center. For more information or assistance, dial the offices at 706.653.4482. 

The first aid station can be found behind Section 112 in the southeast corner of the arena. 

Check the administrative office in the northeast corner of the arena for lost and found. After the event, call 706.653.4482. 

Here are a few things to leave at home: 

• Weapons, fireworks, or illegal drugs 


• Outside food or beverage


• Bottles, cans, and coolers


• Recording equipment 


• Laser pointers and noisemakers 


• Backpacks or large bags 


• Aerosol cans

There's no smoking inside the Columbus Civic Center. Use the smoking section on the second level concourse, outside the south entrance. 

The box office is open 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday. On weekends, it's only open event days, from 1:00 p.m. Eastern until the end of the event.
