For most events, kids 2 and under are allowed in for free if they are with an adult, but they'll need to sit on a lap. Call the box office at 706.653.4482 to check on policies for certain events.

The first aid station can be found behind Section 112 in the southeast corner of the arena.

There's no smoking inside the Columbus Civic Center. Use the smoking section on the second level concourse, outside the south entrance.
The box office is open 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday. On weekends, it's only open event days, from 1:00 p.m. Eastern until the end of the event.
