Normal respectful behavior is expected: no violence, no throwing things and no disorderly or disruptive conduct at any time.
Yes, there are ATMs available on-site. Find them on the plaza level by Gate A, and the south side of Comcast Center.
No alcohol at the facilities ever.
No backpacks/bags larger than 8"x11"x12" allowed, and all other bags may be searched at any time.
Photos are okay, as long as there's no flash and no other guests are being inconvenienced. No video allowed ever.
Cell phones are okay, as long as loud conversations are not bothering other people.
Kids under 2 can come without a ticket, but they must be sitting on an adult's lap and not block other people's sightlines.
There are concession stands all throughout the center, and they do take credit cards as well as cash.
The Center is fully equipped to welcome people with mobility disabilities, including accessible areas in all restrooms, as well as some ADA-designated restrooms, designated areas for easier entrance, and wheelchairs to escort people to their seats. Ask a staff member for assistance.
There's memorabilia available for purchase at a shop and several stands throughout the facilities. The shop opens regularly Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Eastern time.
There's a first aid area on-site, in addition to EMTs available during Terrapin home games. Talk to the nearest staff member to get some help.
Gates usually open 1 - 1.5 hours prior to a game, but times may vary. Call ahead of time to inquire about a specific event.
Found items can be turned in to any staff member at any time. To claim lost things visit the Fan Assitance center that same day, or call the Maryland Athletic Facilities at 301.314.7126. Items are only held for 30 days.
The following things are never allowed:
- Alcohol
- Pets
- Backpacks and bags larger than 8"x11"x12"
- Bottles, cans or other beverage containers
- Coolers
- Fireworks
- Firearms or any other weapon
- Outside food or drinks
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers
- Signs or flags on sticks or poles
- Strollers
- Video cameras
Of course, all illegal items and activities are also prohibited, as well as re-selling tickets within 300 feet of the venue; soliciting, peddling and loitering; and smoking outside of a smoking area. Management could also ban any other conduct or item it considers to be dangerous or disruptive.
No re-entering the grounds, except in case of emergency with prior authorization.
There are restrooms all throughout the facilities, and all are ADA-compliant.
Signs are okay, as long as they have no commercial messages or logos. They also can't be attached to a stick or pole nor to the building, and they must not obstruct people's view.
There are outdoor designated smoking areas on the grounds. No smoking outside of these areas, ever.
