No outside alcohol, ever. To purchase alcohol on-site, bring a valid state-issued photo ID. There's a cap of 2 beverages per purchase, per person. Sales end during the 8th inning.
Soft-sided bags are okay, as long as they are no larger than 16"x16"x8". All bags are subject to search, and any item could be denied entry for any reason.
Photos and video are okay, as long as they're taken from the seat and without obstructing other people. No tripods, unipods or monopods.
There are plenty of concessions available on-site, and all major credit cards, as well as cash and Canadian currency, are accepted.
There are designated drop-off areas for people with mobility disabilities, as well as wheelchair escorts to help people to and from their seats. The facilities are equipped with escalators, elevators and ADA-compliant restrooms. Ask the nearest staff member for help at any time.

No outside food or beverage in the suites, but everywhere else individual portions of outside food and sealed bottles of unflavored water are okay. Juice boxes are okay for kids.
Gates normally open around 1.5 hours before game time. Game times vary from game to game, so make sure to call ahead of time to confirm exact times. There are activities and attractions for early comers!
There are guest service offices located on-site. Stop by for help with lost/found items, lost children, ticket problems or any other concerns.
Found items can be turned in at the guest service offices. Lost items can be claimed in the office as well or, at a later date, by calling 313.471.2438.
Reentering is allowed only through certain gates and by scanning the ticket on the way out.

Banners and signs are okay, but they must not be disrespectful, provoking, political or commercial in nature. No sticks or poles, and no blocking anyone's view, signage or advertisement. No displaying banners or signs during play time, and no attaching them to the property.
No smoking anywhere except in the designated smoking areas.
Tailgating isn't permitted anywhere at any time.
The box office is on-site and takes all major credit cards and cash. Their regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 p.m. Eastern, and Sundays and holidays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern. On game days, the box office closes a half-hour after the conclusion of the game. Will call is separate from the box office.

Will call opens 2 hours before game time. Tickets can also be picked up through the main box office. To pick up tickets, bring a photo ID, the credit card number with which the tickets were purchased and a confirmation number, if one was given. No individual game tickets can be left at will call, and no purchases can be made through will call.
