CONSOL Energy Center

There are several ATMS located throughout the CONSOL Energy Center, including near Section 118 and Section 229.

Alcohol is for sale to guests 21 and over, and a two-drink limit per customer per purchase. For Pittsburgh Penguins games, all alcohol sales will end at the start of the third period.

Small bags and purses are allowed inside, but not large bags, coolers, backpacks, or sealed packages.

Personal still-cameras with lenses no longer than 3" are generally allowed. No detachable lenses or flashes, and no recording devices.

It's okay to use your cell phone so long as you don't disturb others.

Usually, children under 2 don't need a ticket (they must sit on a parent/guardian's lap), but it's best to check with the particular event.

Official team merchandise is on sale in the main lobby of the CONSOL Energy Center.

First aid stations are located next to guest services, near Section 104, and behind the concessions at Section 232.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. There are concessions located throughout the CONSOL Energy Center.

Doors generally open 1 hour before an event.

For most events, you can find guest services locations on all seating levels.

You can retrieve lost items at guest services, located near Section 104, or, after an event, by calling 412.804.7903.

It's best to leave the following items at home:

• Back packs, large bags or purses, and coolers


• Thermoses, cans, bottles, or flasks


• Alcohol


• Laser pointers


• Recording devices


• Professional cameras, lenses, or tripods


• Banners/signs on poles


• Weapons

There is no re-entry to the CONSOL Energy Center.

Banners and signs are okay, but they should be in good taste, not be commercial, and be handheld and unobtrusive.

The box office is in the CONSOL Energy Center's lobby, accessible through the Trib Total Media Entrance, and is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. It is closed on Sundays, except for event days, and on event days the box office hours vary. Call 412.642.1800 for more information.
