No recording devices, including still cameras, are allowed in the theatre.
Guests should turn off their cell phones during performances.
The Cort Theatre recommends that guests not bring children to performances.
Drinks (including alcohol), snacks, and merchandise are on sale at the Cort Theatre, but not food. No food is allowed in the theatre.
The theatre isn't completely wheelchair accessible. There aren't steps into the theatre. Seating in the Orchestra section doesn't require using any steps. The Mezzanine is up two flights of stairs, and there are about two steps down per row. The Balcony is up three flights of stairs, and there are also approximately two steps down per row.

There are no wheelchair accessible restrooms, but guests in wheelchairs can use the accessible restrooms in the Renaissance Hotel mezzanine level (7th Ave. and 48th St.).
The Cort Theatre can hold 1,082 guests.

There is no smoking allowed in the theatre. Guests can go outside to smoke at intermission.
Doors open 45 minutes before show time.
To pick up tickets at will call, guests will need a valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card.
