For a safe, enjoyable environment, remember to avoid the following:
- Abusive and foul language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or impairment from alcohol
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening
- Displays of affection inappropriate for public
- Obscene or indecent clothin
- Disrupting the game in any way
Failure to abide by the above may result in ejection.
There are several ATMs at Cowboys Stadium. You can find them behind Sections 201, 226, 408, and 438.
There's alcohol for sale on the premises. You'll need a valid ID, alcohol won't be sold to those who are intoxicated, and there's a 2-beer limit per transaction at concessions and 1-beer-limit per person for roving vendors. Sales terminate at the end of the 3rd quarter. No passing alcohol to minors, or bringing drinks in and out of the stadium.
No bottles or beverage containers are allowed in, and patrons may be searched.
Personal still cameras are no problem. Make sure not to interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Kids that are less than 1 year old won't need a ticket, but they'll have to sit on a parent's lap. This is for Cowboys Games and most events. Other events might require kids to have a ticket. Call the ticket office at 817.892.4161 to find out.
There are plenty of concession stands on the premises, offering both traditional stadium fare and more diverse selections.
There's plenty of disabled access at the AT&T Cotton Bowl, including over 360 wheelchair-accessible locations, in addition to accessible parking, concessions, restrooms, and more. There are also viewing platforms, and room for companion seating. Find out more at the guest services centers on the concourse.
There are elevators throughout the venue, and wheelchair escorts are available with reservations made in advance.
The Cowboys Pro Shop and other merchandise stands are located throughout the stadium. The Pro Shop is open 7 days a week.
If you have a minor medical issue, seek first aid at 1 of 4 different stadium locations. You can find the first aid stations behind Sections 219 and 244, and 420 and 451. There are EMTs on hand. AED device are spread throughout the stadium.
All gates open 2 hours before the game begins. For specific events, check the website.
If you have questions, or need to locate lost chidlren or get directions, visit a guest services center. They're located behind Sections 219, 244, 420, 451.
Check in with guest services, or at a concierge on the Suite and Club Levels, for lost and found. After the game, call the hotline at 817.892.4161, or send an e-mail.
For the safety and enjoymet of everyone, there are a few things it's best to leave at home:
- Bags larger than 12"x 12"x12"
- Alcohol, bottles and cans, beverage containers of any kind
- Umbrellas, signs, or flags
- Fireworks, laser pointers
- Projectiles of any kind
- Noisemakers
- Video cameras of any kind
If you exit through a designated exit gate, and have your ticket scanned out, you'll be able to re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. If your ticket isn't scanned out, you won't be able to re-enter the stadium.
There are family restrooms, to accomodate those with small children, located on every level throughout the facility.
All restrooms are accessible.
There's room for 92,100 fans in the ATT Cotton Bowl.
There's a police room on the Event Level, near the loading dock on the east side of the stadium. To inquire about someone removed by the police, check with guest services.
Banners and signs aren't allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the stadium, save for designated smoking areas.
With the exception of Lots 5, 8, and 9, tailgating is allowed and encouraged. Perimeter spaces have grass behind them perfect for tailgating. Spaces are available first-come, first-served. There are a few rules to follow.
- Tailgating - definited as placing any chair, cooler, or grill on the ground - is allowed only behind your own vehicle.
- Tailgating space restricted to 9' wide and 12' deep - grass areas beyond that are considered common ground.
- Tailgating may begin when lots open, and must finish by 2 hours after the game is over.
- Follow directions from stadium personnel.
- Dispose of trash and coals properly.
- No deep fryers or open flames
- Keep conduct orderly.
- Do not save spaces for guests yet to arrive.
- No selling food or beverages.
- Amplified sound systems must be at a reasonable volume.
- No fireworks
Find the ticket office on the northeast side of the stadium. It's open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central time, although hours are sometimes extended for specific events.
You can get your own walk-up tour of Cowboys Stadium on any day there's no event. There's a fee for tours.
For groups of 20 or more, reservations are required. Private group tours are available.
Since tours aren't available when teams are practicing, call ahead at 817.892.TOUR to make you'll be able to tour the facility.
