Outside alcohol isn't allowed.

Bags and coolers aren't allowed inside.

It's best to leave the cameras at home.

The venue is accessible. Guests with special needs should head to guest services, at the main entrance and near Section 201, and reachable by phone at 330.746.5600. The venue does have wheelchairs to transport guests to and from their seats, and there's an elevator open for use.

Outside food and beverages aren't permitted.

The following aren't allowed inside the venue:

• Illegal drugs


• Chains and studs


• Knives


• Pens, pencils, and markers


• Non-service animals


• Backpacks


• Strollers

The venue can hold 7,000 people.

In summer, the box office (229 East Front St. and at the main entrance) is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, on event days during normal event hours (starting 3 hours before the event begins), and on "on sale" days during pre-scheduled hours (usually 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern time).

Will call is at the box office. Guests picking up tickets should bring the purchasing credit card and a photo ID.
