The Pavilion opens at 10:00 a.m. Mountain time on show days, and stays open until the headline act is on stage.
Children over 1 year old need a ticket to most shows.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the West Box Office, next to the 83rd Ave. entrance. Please have a photo ID, your confirmation number, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
You can't bring alcohol in, but beer, wine, and cocktails are served inside with a valid ID.
Small bags are allowed but may be searched. Guests can bring one factory-sealed 50 oz. bottle of water, but no coolers.
Personal photography is allowed, but guests should leave the professional equipment at home.
It's usually okay to bring cell phones to the venue.
There are concessions with full menus at the venue.
