According to Maine State law, there's no alcohol allowed in or out, but beverages are often available for purchase inside. You'll need ID, and service can be refused.
You can't bring bags of any sort into the theater.
Camera policies differ from event to event, but generally, cameras and recording equipment aren't allowed inside. On the day of the show, contact the venue for specifics.
The children's policy is on an event-specific basis, but kids under 2 are often free.
Special needs guests can make requests for accessible seating, as well as assistance to their seats. There's a special assistance team on hand. Please make any requests 2 weeks ahead of time.
Licensed EMTs are on hand for every event, and there is an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) on the property. Staff can manage minor emergencies, or determine if 911 assistance is needed.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed - including coffee or water.
Doors open 1 hour before the event.

There's room for 6,733 fans.
Security is always on the premises and they can be contacted in the case of an issue. The Civic Center is dedicated to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Signs and banners can't be attached to sticks.
Smoking isn't allowed inside the facility.
Summer (June - August) box office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, and winter hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m., with Sunday hours on show days.
Bring the actual credit card used for the order to pick up will call tickets at the box office.
