Concessions are between West Section 103 and South Section 112.

Entrances to the venue are wheelchair accessible, and the Coliseum, Ballroom, and Expo Center have elevators and escalators. There's accessible parking at the venue, too.

Guests should leave the outside food and drinks, and containers, at home.

The box office is open between Labor Day and April 15, Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern, and only on Sundays if an event is scheduled then. Between April 15 and Labor Day it's open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time and on Saturday event days starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. Coliseum will call is at the north ticket office. Guests can pick up Arena will call tickets at the Arena ticket office and Theatre will call tickets at the Theatre ticket office. All will call tickets are available starting 2 hours before the event. Guests should bring a picture ID, the purchasing credit card, and the order number.
