The Daniel-Meyer Colisuem has provided TCU#25;s men#25;s and women#25;s basketball programs with tremendous home-court advantages since opening its doors in December of 1961. The Coliseum was named in honor of two prominent figures in TCU athletics history, the late Milton Daniel a former chairman of the board of trustees and L.R. #28;Dutch#29; Meyer#29; #19; former head football coach and athletics director.
No guns or firearms are allowed in the stadium. There is a no-smoking policy on campus, so there is no smoking allowed on the University campus or in any of the buildings on the campus. Unlawful possession or distribution of illicit drugs is not allowed. Children ages three years and older must have their own tickets. Anyone two years or younger who is not in possession of a ticket must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
