The camera policy varies by event, but small personal cameras are generally okay. Call 508.755.6800 1 or 2 days before the event for up-to-date camera information. Recording devices and cameras with detachable lenses aren't allowed.
Unless otherwise specified, children under 2 don't need a ticket so long as they sit on a parent/guardian's lap.
There are concessions throughout the facility.
Door 13 of the arena and Doors 1 and 2 of the convention center are accessible, and there are elevators in the convention center. Guests with special needs should contact the box office (508.755.6800 ext. 2164). For a sign language interpreter call at least 1 week ahead of the event. Accessible seating is available at various price levels and in various arena sections.
Outside food and drink isn't allowed.
Usually, doors open 1 hour before the event begins.
The Minutemen Information Center is outside Section 125 on the Arena concourse.
The following aren't allowed in the venue:
Guests can't leave the facility and then re-enter it.
The arena seats 14,800.
Guests may smoke only outside the smoking door at Door 19.
The box office is at 50 Foster St. and is open (between Labor Day and Memorial Day) Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, and on Sundays only if an event is scheduled. During the summer it's open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on the weekends only if an event is scheduled.
Guests picking up tickets at will call will need a state or federally issued photo ID, their Ticketmaster confirmation number, and the purchasing credit card. Tickets can be picked up starting 2 hours before the event.
