The primary football stadium is home to the Kent State University Golden Flashes and is the center piece of the athletic complex, while also hosting KSU softball, women#25;s soccer, filed hockey and indoor track teams. The stadium seats 25,000 and underwent renovations beginning in 2007, though original areas of the stadium still remain from the 1948 groundbreaking. The stadium has never sold out an event.
The Kent State Athletic ticket office is located at the entrance of Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center in room 108, open weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm and on select Saturdays; office opens 1 ½ hours prior to every Kent State basketball game. The box office accepts all forms of payment. Children under three years of age are free permitted they share a seat.
