Eisenhower Auditorium opened in 1974 and was later named in honor of Milton S. Eisenhower, former Penn State University President. Eisenhower Auditorium has hosted big names in the entertainment industry such as Billy Joel, Tori Amos, B.B. King, the Martha Graham Dance Company and more. Eisenhower Auditorium boasts 2,595 seats and hosts nearly 200 events each year.
Eisenhower Auditorium is Penn State's primary theatrical performance space which also hosts University Commencements, Future Farmers of America Conferences and a variety of events. The Box Office for Eisenhower Auditorium is located on the corner of Shortlidge and Eisenhower roads on the University Park campus and the Box Office is open weekdays 8:00am to 5:00pm.
