There are ATMs inside the venue and around the event.
Backpacks are okay so long as they're no bigger than 20"x15"x9". Bags shouldn't be larger than those allowed as carry-on luggage on airplanes.
Recording devices and professional cameras aren't allowed, but small personal cameras are.
It's fine to bring a cell phone.
Children 5 and under get in for free.
There are concessions and bars throughout the venue, and all are accessible.
Guests with disabilities should visit an Access Service Center, located in the ADA day parking lot and near the main entrance. The personnel there can help with assisted listening devices, wheelchair recharging, headsets and receivers, and suchlike.
Fan merchandise is available on site.
There are clearly visible First Aid stations on site.
Outside food and drinks aren't allowed.
Gates open at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time.
To retrive a lost item visit the Lost and Found booth or, after the festival, send an e-mail.

Guests may leave and re-enter the site.
All public restrooms are portable toilets and accessible.
Staff are trained in emergency preparedness.
Guests shouldn't tailgate in the parking lots.
The box office is at Indian Wells Tennis Garden at 78200 Miles Ave. in Indian Wells, CA. It's open during festival week on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m., on Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (all times Pacific).
Guests need to visit will call at the box office before heading to the festival grounds, and they should bring the purchasing credit card and a valid photo ID.
