ATMs are located on the East and West concourses, in the Stadium Club, and outside the South gate. There's also an ATM in the soccer complex at the Dr. Pepper Victory Center.
Guests who appear intoxicated may be barred from entering the stadium. It's not okay to bring alcohol into the stadium, but it is on sale inside to guests 21 or older with valid ID. Alcohol sales will end in the 75th minute of FC Dallas matches.
Cameras and handheld video cameras are okay at FC Dallas matches, but images can't be used for commercial purposes. For information about event-specific camera policies call 469.365.0049.
Children 3' or shorter don't need a ticket for sporting events, so long as they sit in a guardian's lap. This policy may vary for other events; call 469.365.0049 for up-to-date information.
Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment, which means standing on chairs, sitting in the wrong seat, disorderly conduct, fighting, interfering with the game, throwing objects (confetti is okay), using profanity, or other similar actions won't be tolerated.
Concessions selling a variety of foods and beverages are located throughout the stadium.
For FC Dallas matches, accessible seating is at the top row of Sections 105 through 132. For concerts seating is at the top of certain sections and on the floor level. Accessible parking is available in each lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Team Shop is in the stadium's northeast corner. It's open Monday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central time, on Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Central time, and on gameday from 2:00 p.m. Central time until the match ends.
The following aren't allowed in the facility:
- Glass or plastic bottles
- Outside food or drink
- Aluminum or metal cans
For most events gates open 1.5 hours before the event begins.
Guest Services is on the northeast concourse, next to the Team Shop. Head there with any questions or concerns, including retrieving lost items and checking strollers.
To turn in or retrieve a lost item head to Guest Services, above Section 133. Guests who lose an item in the Soccer Park Complex should head to the concession stand at the Dr. Pepper Victory Center.
The following aren't allowed inside:
- Weapons
- Fireworks
- Bottles, cans, coolers, or containers
- Food and beverages
- Air horns or whistles
- Seat cushions with backs
- Laser pointers
- Inflated soccer balls
- Umbrellas
- Animals other than service animals
- Pamphlets, handouts, and suchlike
- Skateboards, roller skates, and roller blades
For FC Dallas matches, guests who exit the stadium can't re-enter it. The policy may be different for other events; call 214.705.6700 for more information.
There are 8 family restrooms on the main concourse. They're behind Sections 102, 113, 120, 124, 132, and the Northeast concourse. All restrooms in the stadium have diaper-changing stations, and all are wheelchair accessible.
Banners and flags are okay so long as they're not offensive, commercial, in poor taste, or obtrusive. Flags can be attached only to bendable pipe material.
Smoking is okay only in the designated areas on each of the concourses just inside the gates.
Tailgating is okay, but it should be respectful and not disruptive. Outside food companies can't deliver or cater. Propane tanks are allowed, but open flames, charcoal, and lighter fluid aren't.
The Main Box Office is on the stadium's north side and open on event days 4 hours before start time and Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central time. Call the box office at 1.888.FCD.GOAL.
Tours are offered all year, Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central time. Adult tickets are $8.00 USD, children and senior tickets are $6.00 USD, and children under 2 don't need a ticket. Call 469.365.0250 for more information.
The will call window is at the North Box Office building and opens 4 hours before the event begins. For concerts, will call is at the South Box Office.
