The FedEx Forum is in downtown Memphis, situated directly in the Beale St. Entertainment District. While the arena is easlly accesible by interstate, carpooling or taking public transportation to the stadium is highly suggested as parking is at a premium.
From the South:
Head north on I-55, and then take the E.H. Crump Blvd. exit to the east. Make a left turn on Third St. to head north, and find arena parking.
From the North:
Take I-40 West. Exit to the south on Danny Thomas.
From the East:
Head north on the Midtown Expy. I-240, and exit on the right to Lamar. Make a left on Lamar. Make a right on Somerville. It will curve left into Linden Ave. which will bring you to parking.
From the West:
Head east on I-40. Cross the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge. Exit right on Riverside or Front St., and head south to Union Ave. or Beale St. Make a left.
Head east on I-55. Cross the Hernando DeSoto Bridge. Exit on Riverside Dr. North. Make a right on Beale St. or Union Ave.
Attached to the FedEx Forum is a dedicated parking garage, but for most events, it's reserved for season passholders.
Within a short walk of FedEx Forum, there are about 5,000 parking spaces operated by independant companies. Pricing varies per event.
Disabled parking is available in the FedEx garage.
There are shuttle bus services, and 3 seperate trolley lines run close to the venue.

There are ATMs on the Plaza, First Tennessee, and Terrace levels.
Personal photography is generally okay, but video and audio recording equipment, and professional cameras, aren't allowed.
Children 2 and younger won't need a ticket for most events.
There are many food and beverage options throughout the venue.

Elevators provide access to all levels, and can be found near Sections 103 and 116 on the Plaza Level. There are also various escalators throughout the venue. Seating areas may change according to the event. There's space for companion seating limited to 1 companion seat for every accessible seat, although the box office does its best to accomodate large parties.
Service animals are allowed for guests with special needs.

Pick up fan merchandise at the Grizzlies Den in the Grand Lobby of the FedEx Forum.
The first aid stations are on the Plaza Level at Section 102 and on the Terrace Level at Section 202.
Gates typically open 1 hour prior to tip-off or showtime.
Guest relations booths are at Section 102 on the Plaza Level, and Section 302 on the Terrace Level.

Family restrooms are available on all general public access levels.
There's no smoking inside the facility, but it's okay to smoke in designated areas outside.
