Guests may be ejected or denied entry for:
- Using foul language or appearing intoxicated
- Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
There are ATMs on the Plaza, First Tennessee, and Terrace levels.
Personal photography is generally okay, but video and audio recording equipment, and professional cameras, aren't allowed.
Children 2 and younger won't need a ticket for most events.
There are many food and beverage options throughout the venue.
Every level and area of FedEx Forum is ADA accessible. For questions, contact guest relations on the Plaza Level at Sections 102 and 201, or by calling 901.205.1535.
Seating
Elevators provide access to all levels, and can be found near Sections 103 and 116 on the Plaza Level. There are also various escalators throughout the venue. Seating areas may change according to the event. There's space for companion seating limited to 1 companion seat for every accessible seat, although the box office does its best to accomodate large parties.
Service Animals
Service animals are allowed for guests with special needs.
Assistive Listening
Pick up ALDs at the guest relations center at section 102.
Pick up fan merchandise at the Grizzlies Den in the Grand Lobby of the FedEx Forum.
The first aid stations are on the Plaza Level at Section 102 and on the Terrace Level at Section 202.
Gates typically open 1 hour prior to tip-off or showtime.
Guest relations booths are at Section 102 on the Plaza Level, and Section 302 on the Terrace Level.
Lost items may be recovered at guest relations, or by calling 901.205.1535 after the event.
The following aren't allowed into the venue:
- Air horns or noisemakers
- Animals
- Laser pens or laser products
- Large bags or backpacks
- Outside food or beverages including alcohol
- Poles or sticks
- Projectiles
- Weapons
Family restrooms are available on all general public access levels.
There's no smoking inside the facility, but it's okay to smoke in designated areas outside.
