Pick up will call tickets at the box office 2 hours prior to the door opening. You'll need a picture ID and a confirmation number. 

There are ATMs in the front lobby and in the State Bar. 

Camera policy differs by show, but generally, point and shoot cameras are okay and professional cameras aren't. Video or audio recording is never allowed. 

Doors usually open 1 hour before concerts begin. 

There's no re-entry.

There are outdoor smoking sections, but no indoor smoking. 

There are no regular box office hours. The box office opens 2 hours before the doors do (3 hours before the show) on the day of the show.
