All ages are allowed into First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. Children 2 years and younger may come in for free but have to sit on an accompanying adult's lap. Please keep in mind that not all shows are suitable for children.
If you purchase your tickets through TicketMaster or LiveNation.com and choose the will call option, you may pick up your tickets during normal box office hours on the day of the show or in advance. In order to get your tickets, please keep in mind that you'll have to present your order confirmation number and a valid photo ID to show that your name matches the name on the order. Please note that you may not drop off or leave tickets for someone else.
You may bring your personal camera into the amphitheatre, but please keep in mind that video, flash photography, and removable lens cameras aren't allowed without prior approval.

If you need special seating arrangements, you may buy tickets for accessible seats at the box office or online anytime after tickets go on sale. Please note that accessible seats are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
