From the North:
Take I-190 South. Get off at Exit 5, and turn left. Turn onto Perry St. or Niagara St., and the venue will be straight ahead. You'll find parking just past Michigan.
Get off at Exit 6 (Elm St). As you exit I-190, bear left to the ramp. Make a right on Seneca St. Follow Michigan St. across the bridge, and First Niagara Center is on your right.
From the South, East, and West on I-90:
Take I-90 to Exit 53 (I-190 North). Off I-190, take Exit 5 (Hamburg St.). Turn right at Perry St. First Niagara Center is straight ahead.
Parking is available in the First Niagara Center lot, and also on the surrounding streets.
First Niagara Center is next to two major bus routes. It's also on the NFTA's Metro Rail Rapid Transit system.
ATMs are on the 100 Level near Aisles 4 and 16.
Camera policy varies by event.
Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits Games:
Cameras with flash and long lenses are okay but shouldn't obstruct the view. Tripods aren't permitted. Video recording isn't allowed.
Youth Hockey Games:
Similar rules as above, except video recording is allowed.
Concerts and Events:
The policy varies by artist/performer, but generally, video and audio is prohibited, and photography is limited to amateur equipment only. Photography rules are posted 1 week before the event.
Children 3 and younger can enter for free, but their parents or guardians will need to get a pass from Account Services and the child will have to sit in their parent's/guardian's lap.
The first aid room is on the ground level.
Gate times vary.
Regular Season Buffalo Sabres Games:
Doors open 2 hours before the game; the seating area opens 1 hour before the game.
Regular Season Buffalo Bandits Games:
Doors open 1.5 hours before the game, and seating areas open 1 hour before the game.
Concerts and Events:
Doors and seating areas open 1 hour before start time.
To retrieve lost items check in with account services or call 716.855.4444.
Weapons aren't allowed inside.
Restrooms are all wheelchair accessible and have baby-changing tables. There are unisex restrooms throughout the venue.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outside area.
Ticket windows are on the Pavilion's east side.
Guests can leave tickets for others by contacting account services. Will call tickets can be picked up at the windows to the west of the Pavilion.
