The Flynn Theater was designed by John J. Flynn as Vermont#25;s film and performing arts center. It was renamed the Flynn Center of the Performing Arts in 2000 and included two performance spaces, the original theater and the FlynnSpace, a smaller performance venue. More than 150,000 people attend its wide arrange of shows annual, as it hosts education and dance studios as well as performances for children and adults.
The Flynn Center box office is open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, or through start of show, and Saturday 11am to 4pm. On Sundays the box office opens one hour before curtain time. Doors open 30 minutes before curtain time. Camera regulations depend on specific shows; typical Flynn Center rules do not permit cameras or regarding devices inside the venue unless specifically permitted by artist. Regardless of age, all patrons need a ticket. To request accessibility services, patrons must call via phone or make arrangements in person, prior to event. Both performance spaces are available for rent.
