Children must have a ticket to enter. The Ford Center encourages parents to leave children under 6 at home, unless it is a family-oriented show.

Wheelchair accessible entrances are located on the orchestra and mezzanine levels. Handicapped parking is available north of the orchestra-level entrance. For sign language interpretation, contact 662.915.2787 at least 3 weeks before an event. Guests can also request complimentary listening devices during a performance with valid ID.

Look for accessible restrooms on the orchestra and mezzanine levels.

There are 2 ticketing offices available. The UM Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central time. The Ford Center Box Office opens on performance days starting at 10:00 a.m. Central time, and closes shortly after showtime.
