Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment, which means sitting in one's ticketed seat, showing sportsmanship, not acting inappropriately or disruptively, not using foul or threatening language, not being intoxicated, not interfering with the game, not vandalizing the premises, and not harassing the opposing team or fans.
Will call, outside Gate A, is open on event days 3 hours before start time. Guests can't leave tickets or other items at will call for other guests.

- In the lobby at the spiral stairwell near the Guest Services desk on the 3rd level
Alcohol is on sale at Ford Field to guests 21 and older with a valid ID, but sales stop at the end of the 3rd quarter. Guests can't take alcohol out of the stadium or drink it in the parking lots.
Concessions are located throughout the stadium.
Disabled Parking:
Disabled parking is available on game days in Lot 4 (on Montcalm St., just north of Ford Field) and the Ford Field Parking Deck (on St. Antoine, off Madison). Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests needing assistance can enter through most Ford Field gates and may use the passenger elevators. Ramps are at Gates B and D.
Drop-off and Pick-up Areas:
The drop-off and pick-up areas are located on the corners of Montcalm and Brush, near Gate B, and Adams and John R., outside Gate A.
ADA Seating:
Ford Field provides wheelchair accessible and companion seating. The disabled seating areas are at the top of the sections on the lower and upper concourses. Let an usher know if a folding chair is needed. Call 313.262.2002 in advance for more information and seat availability.
Assisted Listening Devices are available at Gate A Guest Services at Section 100, and wheelchairs are also available to transport guests from the Guest Services locations to their stadium seats, and back.
First aid locations open 2 hours before kickoff and stay open 30 minutes after the game. They are at Sections 105/106, 236, 133, 225, 113, and next to Section 417.
Guest services are located near Sections 100, 236, 133, 224, 112, and 231. Guests with questions or concerns should head there.
To turn in or retrieve a lost item head to the Gate A Guest Services location at Section 100 or, after the game, call 313.262.2999.

Guests who leave the stadium can't re-enter it.
Most of the restrooms at Ford Field are ADA accessible. There are 13 family restrooms.
Ford Field can hold 70,000.
A variety of tours are available, costing $5.00 USD for children and seniors and $7.00 USD for adults, but they aren't given on weekends, large event days, and major holidays. Call 313.262.2100 for more information. Groups of 25 or more should call 313.262.2396.
