Infrared headset are available free of charge for hearing impaired patrons. For patrons who arrive late, you will be seated by the staff in a way that does not interfere with the performances. While there is no dress code for the Fred Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, some events like Broadway shows and symphonies will have a more formal feel.
The Fred Kavli Theatre is fully disabled accessible and there are designated wheelchair locations. Children are welcome at all events at the theater, but every child needs a ticket of his or her own. Infants held in arms are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited in the facility as are all types of cameras, audio recording devices and video recording devices.
