Giant Center does not allow guests to bring alcoholic beverages into or out of the venue, however, there are beverages for sale on the premises. Guests may be asked to show valid ID when purchasing alcohol, and Hershey Entertainment may withhold service from those that cannot produce ID or appear to be under the influence.
Amateur photography is allowed, but professional equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, and monopods, require media credentials. Cell phone cameras are allowed, but any sort of video recording, with a cell phone or other device, is against the rules.
The camera policy may vary based on performer. It will be advertised on signs the day of the show.
American Hockey League games permit camcorders in the stadium, but no filming of the game itself.
Please be courteous to those around you when using your camera.
Children 2 and older generally need a ticket.
Giant Center is accessible. Contact the ADA coordinator with suggestions, comments, or questions.
The first aid station is on the main concourse, at the southwest corner of the building. If immediate assistance is needed, ask the the nearest Giants Center employee.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted through the gate, with exceptions made for guests with medical restrictions, and those with baby food and formula.
Lost and found items may be retrieved at guest services, located at the box office. After an event is over, contact the Safety and Security Office during normal business hours at 717.520.5181 or after hours at 717.534.8988.
The following aren't allowed inside the venue:
- Weapons of any kind
- Glass bottles and cans
- Hard-sided coolers, thermoses, and open containers
Giant Center seats 12,500 at maximum capacity.
Since Giant Center hosts a variety of events and performances, signage policy may be modified per the requests of the artist or performer. However, these rules generally stay the same:
1. Signs must be made of paper, lightweight cloth, or something similar, and not of wood, metal, or other hard materials.
2. Signs may not be hung or draped over any part of the structure, or obscure another patron's viewing of the event, or obscure the venue's own signage.
3. Signs may not contain obscene, inappropriate, or incendiary verbiage or image, or content derogatory based upon age, gender, race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, physical handicap, national origin, or marital status.
4. Giant Center may request signs be taken down at any time.
Smoking is permitted in certain outdoor areas.
Tailgating isn't allowed in Giant Center parking lots. Please keep neighboring spaces and driveways clear, and refrain from putting up tents or canopies, as well as using grills and open flames.
The box office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
