Alcohol is on sale at the stadium to guests 21 or older with either a valid driver's license, a Massachusetts state ID card, or a passport. Alcohol sales will end 15 minutes after the start of the second half.
Will call is at the Gillette Stadium ticket office and is open on game days 4 hours before kickoff until the end of the second quarter. Tickets are released only to the person whose name is on the ticket envelope, and a photo ID is required. Guests can't leave tickets at will call for other individuals to pick up.
There are Bank of America ATMs at midfield on the east and west sides of the main and upper concourses, in the 100-level end zones, and outside the stadium next to the ticket office.
Bags larger than 12"x12"x12" aren't allowed.
Concessions are located throughout the stadium.

Gates usually open 2 hours before kickoff.

The following items aren't allowed in the stadium:
Guests who leave Gillette Stadium can't re-enter.
Guests who need police assistance should notify a staff member or uniformed police officer.
The stadium reserves the right to approve or prohibit all banners, based on their size, message, or interference with other fans.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas on the ramps.
