One factory-sealed, non-carbonated, colorless, plastic water bottle, not exceeding one liter, is permitted per guest.
No one is allowed on the field or practice fields without proper credentials. Anyone using obscene or abusive language or causing any type of discomfort to the guests around them must cease their conduct.
ATMs are at Home Plate Plaza near guest services and in the Outfield Plaza area.
Guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol. Alcohol sales end following the 7th inning. All alcohol must remain inside the ballpark.
Guests may bring small bags and purses into the ballpark if their dimensions do not exceed 16"x16"x8". All bags are subject to search. Soft-sided coolers are permitted but hard-sided coolers are prohibited.
Personal cameras and video recording devices are permitted. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while using their cameras, or use camera support equipment such as tripods.
Children 2 and under can enter free of charge, provided they sit on an adult's lap. Tickets for children 3 or older are priced the same as adult tickets. Strollers must be folded and positioned under the railings behind accessible seating sections. Diaper changing stations are available in all public and family restrooms.
Kid Zone on the First Base concourse includes interactive inflatable activities and a kid-sized wiffle ball field.
Mothers who need nursing accommodations may use family restrooms on either the first or third base side of the concourse.
Concessions are available throughout the ballpark.
Seating, restrooms, concessions stands and drinking fountains all provide comfortable access. Guests needing a wheelchair may request assistance at the guest services booth In the Home Plate Plaza. Accessible parking is available across from the Third Base Entrance. From Estrella Parkway, turn left on Goodyear Boulevard and right onto Ballpark Way. Wheelchairs are available upon entry. Guest services representatives are available at each entry gate to assist.
The main Team Shop is located at the Home Plate Plaza from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time or until the game ends during night games. Team Shop kiosks are also inside the First Base, Third Base and Center Field Gates. The Team Shop closes after the season's last game.
On game days, autographs are available from select players until 12:45 p.m., when ushers inform guests to return to their assigned seats. Players may also choose to sign autographs during team practices, held daily during Spring Training season at the Indians and Reds Development Complexes. Promotional autograph days are listed on the website.
The first aid station is inside the Home Plate Entrance across from the Team Shop.
Ballpark gates open 1.5 hours before game time. Practice field gates open 9:15 a.m. Pacific daily.
Guest services handles lost and found issues, guests can call 623.882.3120. In the event of a lost child or companion, proceed to guest services for assistance.
Guests leaving the ballpark must have their hands stamped to re-enter. Re-entry access is at the Center Field and First Base gates.
Banners and signs are permitted provided they are not commercial, political, derogatory or obscene and do not interfere with the game or block the view of other guests.
Smoking is permitted only outside the Center Field Gate and the First Base Plaza. Guests may exit at these locations and receive a hand stamp for re-entry.
Tailgating is restricted to guests' own parking spaces in front of or behind their vehicles. Glass bottles and gas grills are prohibited.
