To make sure everyone has a good time, please follow a few guidelines: Don't interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game. No obscene or abusive language or getstures, and no public intoxication. You have to be able to show a ticket at all times, and it has to match where you are. No entering the field or interfering with a ball that's in play, and no entering the seating area during play. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. No throwing things, and no disorderly conduce. If you break any of these rules, you may be ejected and even arrested, and repeat offenders might lost their season tickets.
There are 7 ATMs throughout the ballpark, including 4 on the Main Concourse: behind Section 112, in Ashburn Alley, by Section 141, and in McFadden's Restaurant & Saloon.
No alcohol can be taken into or out of the Great American Ball Park or McFadden's Restaurant & Saloon. If you want to buy alcohol, be prepared to show photo ID.
You can only bring one bag in, and only if it's smaller than 16"x16"x8". All bags might be searched when you enter.
Normal still and video cameras are okay for your personal use - but per MLB rules, you can't record game action. Your camera will be checked when you come in. No tripods or monopods. Make sure you don't disturb others when you're taking pics.
Cell phones are okay, but please make sure you don't disturb other fans.
Kids 2 and under don't need a ticket if they sit on an adult's lap. Kids 3 and over need a ticket.
There are lots of concessions throughout the ballpark, from traditional ballpark favorites to healthier options.
There are elevators, escalators, and ramps to help fans with disabilities. All concessions areas are accessible for wheelchairs.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities for fan shopping at the venue, and the team store is open every day from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern. You can access it from inside the venue during the game, or outside during non-event times.
There are also numerous shops open during the game, where fans can pick up Phillies merchandise, authentic vintage clothing, and other apparel, as well as memorabilia and collector items.

During regular season weekday games, doors open 1.5 hours before the game. On Saturday and Sunday, doors open 2 hours before the game.
For every game, the left field gate to Ashburn Alley opens up 2.5 hours before the game begins.

Men's and women's restrooms throughout the park have changing tables. There are accessible restrooms on the Service Level.

Signs and banners are allowed, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Here are the guidelines:
- Light, flexible materials must be used
- No wood, or metal, or hard material is allowed
- Don't affix signs to the structure
- Display signs only in the seating area
- Don't obstruct the view of other guests
- Signs must be baseball related
- Signs can't be slanderous, obscene, or vulgar
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
If you're going to tailgate, you'll need to park in the Pattison Avenue, or east of Darien St.
