Amateur camera equipment is okay, but commercial equipment including tripods and monopods, flash, and telephoto lenses are all prohibited unless authorized by the event promotor.

Most ticketed events have first aid staff on hand. There are four walk-in locations for first aid treatment on the premises.
Outside food or beverages aren't allowed. If you have special dietary needs not covered by regular concessions, call the Guest Services Manager at 336.373.7461 before your arrival.
Guest services is headquartered in the Coliseum Concourse next to Section 103.
Check with guest services for lost items. After the game, call 336.373.7400 during normal business hours to see if your item has been found.

Generally, there's no re-entry, but select consumer shows and day-long sporting events allow customers to leave with a hand stamp or alternate method of tracking.
There's no smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking sections are designated.
Responsible tailgating is encouraged in the Colisuem parking lot, but please be aware consumption of liquor is illegal in any public parking area. Agents are typically on site for law enforcement.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office starting 2 hours prior to the event. You'll need your credit card used to make the purchase, and a valid ID that matches the name on the tickets.
