Guests may bring small point and shoot cameras, but no SLR or video recording equipment. Please be considerate of other guests by not obstructing their view while taking pictures. Lastly, guests may not use these pictures for anything other than personal use per UCONN policy.
Children under 2 years old can sit in a parent's lap, but anyone older than this must have their own ticket.
Guests with disabilities may purchase tickets ahead of time by calling 860.249.7528.
Fist aid is located by Section 113.
Guests may not bring outside food and beverages into the XL Center, but concessions are available inside.
Guests may arrive up to one hour before an event.
Guests who lose an item may call security at 860.241.2230 after an event, or contact the guest relations booth by Section 124 during the event.
Guests may not bring any type of large bag including book bags. Additionally do not bring any containers, laser pointers or noisemakers.
Re-entry is not allowed.
Fans can generally bring signs into the venue, but not all performers or teams allow it. Check the website beforehand for specifics. UCONN does not allow any signs or banners.
There is a no indoor no-smoking policy in place at the XL Center Veterans Memorial Coliseum, however, there is a smoking section available by Section 107.
