Hilton Coliseum

Guests can locate ATM services by the North Entrance.

All guests 2 years and older must have their own ticket to enter the venue.

Guests needing first aid services should head to the outer concourse or contact an usher for assistance.

Guests can access the Hilton Coliseum up to 1 hour prior to the start of an event.

Guests needing lost and found services should call 515.294.3347 to reach the Patron Service Desk, or head to the receptionist desk in the Scheman Building.

The following items aren't allowed into the Hilton Coliseum:

• Bottles, cans or containers of any kind


• Laser pointers, fireworks, or weapons of any kind


• Backpacks, umbrellas, or bags larger than a purse


• Flash photography or any recording devices

Guests may not re-enter the Hilton Coliseum.

The Hilton Coliseum holds up to 14,356 guests.

Guests may bring positive and respectful signs to games. These signs must not obstruct other guests' visibility and will have to be pre-approved by the Director of Events Management. If you need approval, please make sure to contact the director before noon on the Friday before a home game.

Smoking isn't allowed anywhere in the Hilton Coliseum.

Guests needing to access the box office should head to the Olsen building anytime Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time. Additional hours include up to 1.5 hours before the start of any game.

Guests needing to access will call services should head to the south side of the Hilton Coliseum by the bridge walkway.
