People are requested to not get up from their seats or move to a seat until the whistle sounds. Leaning forward on the seats while blocking other people's vew is also discouraged.
No alcohol allowed anywhere in the facilities or parking lots. Anyone who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed in.
Photo and video policies vary from event to event, so call ahead of time to find out what will be allowed. Generally speaking, video recorders are not allowed. Other equipment that may take room, like tripods and such, are never allowed.
Normally, kids 2 and up must have a ticket, and they must sit on an adult's lap. Sometimes, for special kid shows, children 1 and up will need a ticket. Call ahead of time to check on the policy for the specific event.
There are several souvenir stores and kiosks on-site. The store is regularly open from Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Pacific time, as well as during games.
Outside food and beverages in resonable amounts are okay. No alcohol allowed ever.
There are several information desks located throughout the venue. Stop by or contact the nearest staff member with any question or concern.
Hand in any found item or claim any lost one at the Event Office on the day of, or call 408.999.5847 at a later date.
The following things are never allowed:
- Cans, glass bottles, thermos and other hard containters
- Hard-sided coolers
- Balloons
- Laser pens
- Masks
- Noisemakers
- Flowers and gifts for a performing artist
- Weapons of any kind, for any reason
All prohibited items, with the exception of weapons, can be checked in. Weapons will not be allowed anywhere.
Generally speaking, there is no re-entry allowed. In case of an emergency, get permission before leaving and have the ticket scanned.
There are restrooms all throughout the facilities, and all are equipped for families.
Signs are okay, but they may not be larger than 20"x30", they must be handheld, and they must not be in the way of other people. Of course, signs must be relevant to the event, and not be vulgar nor offensive, nor commercial in nature.
Banners are okay as long as they follow the same messaging restrictions as signs. They may not cover any official signage or advertising, and they should be hung up in a way that does not damage the building.
No smoking anywhere, at any time and for any reason, except in the designated smoking areas, which are located more than 20 feet away from all entrances, exits and windows. No smoking marijuana anywhere, at any point and for any reason.
No tailgating allowed ever.
Will call tickets are available from 2 hours prior to an event through the ticket office on Autumn St. only. Bring a state-issued photo ID.
