You can attend a variety of events at the Valley View Casino Center, such as family shows, concerts, sporting events, and corporate events.
Since there are now increased security measures taken at the Center, and an increase in traffic, please try to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the event so you don't miss anything.
Alcohol is not allowed in the parking lot and cannot be brought into the center. Only guests over 21 who can produce a valid ID can purchase or consume alcohol.
The following forms of identification are accepted where alcohol is served:
- Valid driver's license from any of the 50 states
- Valid ID card from the state of California only
- Valid Military ID with photo
- Valid passport with photo
All bags, backpacks, purses, and persons are subject to search.
Non-professional cameras with non-detachable lenses under 3" in length are permitted for personal use. Video cameras and flash photography aren't allowed. The policy may vary by event.
Guests requiring special seating, such as for wheelchairs, semi-ambulatory or other mobility impairments, hearing impaired, or having other disabilities should contact the box office at 619.224.4171, extension 322, to purchase these tickets. The accessible seating hotline is available Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific time and for the first hour of a major on sale. Guests can reserve wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seating until 48 hours before an event. Guests requiring an interpreter should contact the box office before an event goes on sale or at a minimum, 30 days before the event. Requests made after that time are not guaranteed.
Doors typically open 1 hour before an event begins, but may sometimes open 90 minutes before.
The following items are not allowed:
- Weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, or fireworks
- Food, beverages, liquid containers, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, or water bottles
- Laser pens/pointers, flashlights, glow products (including but not limited to sticks, necklaces, and bracelets), or laptop/tablet computers
- Noise making devices: Air horns, drums, or whistles
- Bags (backpacks, suitcases, or luggage) larger than 14" x 14"
- Signs/flags/banners/posters larger than 11" x 17" or attached to a pole/stick
- Wallet chains or studded belts/bracelets
- Pamphlets or product samples
- Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, or chairs
- Balloons, permanent markers, or spray paint
- Video or audio recording devices
- Items deemed potentially harmful
Smoking isn't allowed, except in designated areas.
The box office opens Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. If there is no event scheduled for Sunday, the box office will be closed. The box office opens for Sunday events at noon and stays open until about 30 minutes after starting time. The accessible seating hotline is manned Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and for the first hour of a major on sale.
Will call is located at the box office on the North side. Ticketmaster will call may be picked up the day of the event only, normally beginning 2 hours before event time. The account holder's ID and credit card are required. Other pre-arranged will call can be picked up with proper ID during normal box office operating hours.
